The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company received a notification from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about the transaction of purchase on September 14th, 2009 12,500 serie A inscribed prefered shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.00 for one share. The above mentioned transaction has been settled off the regulated market.
The person concerned has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
