Boryszew S.A. informs that today the Company received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about executing by him the following transactions:
1) purchase on June 16th, 2010 101,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.21 for 1 share. Settlement of the transaction was on June 17th, 2010,
2) sale on June14th, 2010 1,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.20 for 1 share. Settlement of the transaction was on June 17th, 2010,
The above mentioned transactions have been executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
