The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it received on October 30th, 2009 an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A. about the purchase on October 9th, 2009 1,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 6.42 for each share.
The above mentioned transaction was executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
The person concerned has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
