The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company received an notification from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik on sale on October 28th, 2009 700,000 shares of Boryszew S.A., which has resulted the change of shares of Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik in the total number of votes by 1 % at the GM of Boryszew S.A.
On October 27th, 2009 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned 38,004,000 shares of Boryszew S.A. constituting 60.62 % share in the equity. The owned shares gave 38,004,000 votes at GM, which constituted 60.38 % of the total number of votes at GM.
At present Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owns 37,304,000 Boryszew’s shares, constituting 59.51 % of equity. The owned shares give 37,304,000 votes at GM, which constitute 59.27 % of the total number of votes at GM.
