Referring to the current report no 44/2010 of June 25th, 2010 the company informs that the Minister of Regional Development has agreed to purchase by Boryszew S.A. companies of Maflow Group, as follows:
– organized company Maflow S.p.A. and Man Servizi S.r.l. in Italy ( companies in Ascoli Piceno and Trezzano Sul Naviglio),
– 100 % of shares in companies in China and in Japan,
– 99.9 % of shares in company in Brazil,
Maflow Group produces modern and technology advanced air-conditioned, breaks, active suspension and power steering cables. These products has owned a recognition of greatest world’s cars producers, which are clients of Maflow Group.
As far as air-conditioned cables are concerned, in 2010 in the European market reached 20%, in the global market – 7%.
Thanks to the acquisition of Maflow Group, Boryszew S.A. will become international concern in the Automotive sector.
