As numerous due diligence processes concerning the automotive industry are being conducted by Boryszew S.A. and bearing in mind uniform criteria of recognizing information regarding the conducted operations as confidential information within the meaning of Article 154 of the ….Act – and in this connection – the necessity of reporting such information, the Company is hereby providing notice that the Company shall disclose to the public only information concerning binding declarations, and shall advise as to the course of such operations from this moment on.
