In connection to the current reports no 61/2007 of November 30th, 2007, no 80/2006 of December 28th, 2006 and no 51/2007 of September 3rd, 2007 regarding the credit agreement in the form of multipurpose credit limit concluded with PKO BP SA on December 27th, 2006 (with the further changes) and the investment credit agreement of the total value of PLN 99.1 ml, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on November 19th, 2009 two annexes were undersigned prolonging the payment of the above said credits to the end of the year 2012.
As a result of undersigning the above said annexes the part of the credit indebtedness has been changed from short-term to long-term.
