The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on May 31st, 2011 the Supervisory Board of the Company chose the company Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw, Al. Jana Pawła II 19 to review the financial statements of Boryszew S.A. and Boryszew Capital Group for the period of 31.01 – 31.12.2011.
Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o. is registered on the list of subjects, carried by KRBR, authorized for auditing of financial statements under the number 73.
The agreement will be concluded to review the 2011 financial statements.
Boryszew S.A. has taken adventage of the services of the above mention auditor to audit and review the financial statements in the years 2006-2007 and 2009-2010.
The Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A. has made the choice of auditor according to its competences, determined in the Company Statute and to the obliged laws regulations.
