In connection with the current report no 46/2016 dated 18 July 2016 on the conclusion of the package of agreements with Skanska Group concerning the sale of an investment project on the property located in Warsaw at Łucka Street with an area of 5727 m2 (Property), the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the Issuer) informs that the company Eastside – Bis Spółka z o.o. (Boryszew’s indirect subsidiary) has got on 1 August 2016 a decision of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw.
According to decision the Capital City of Warsaw will not benefit from the statutory pre-emption rights in relation to the Property.
Thus the condition precedent included in the agreement of 18 July, 2016 has been fulfilled.
The conclusion of the agreement transferring the property, the Issuer will inform the next current report.
