Boryszew’s Management announces that on February 27, 2009, Boryszew’s subsidiarys purchased
700 bonds of nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each, issued by Boryszew S.A. February 27, 2009. The bond have been purchased for a total amount of PLN 7.0 million. The interest rate of the bonds is based on Wibor 3M + 3,90%. The day of pay-back of the bonds: May 27th, 2009.
