Boryszew S.A. informs that it has got an information on the opening the procedure of the liquidation of subsidiary company – InterMetal Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Katowice (former: InterFlota Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Oława).
Mr. Jarosław Paweł Biały – the hitherto existing President of the Management Board – has been appoited by the Extraordinary General Meeting as the liquidator of the company – according to art. 276 § 1 of the commercial companies code.
The motion to open the liquidation procedure was submitted to the Regional Court in Wrocław, IX Commercial Department of the National Court Registry on 15 January 2013.
The liquidation procedure will be conducted by Regional Court in Katowice, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Registry, as the seat of the company has been changed.
A resolution on the company’s dissolution, with the legal force from 1 January 2013, was passed by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 December 2012.
