The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on 13 February 2014 Mr. Sebastian Bogusławski has resigned from the post of the Superviosory Board Chairman of Boryszew S.A. due to the private reasons.
Mr. Sebastian Bogusławski was appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company on 28 May 2012 and from 28 May 2012 he has taken a chair of the Supervisory Board’s Chairman.
