The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Issuer) advises that on 3 March 2022 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. received information about temporary suspension of activity of Boryszew Plastics Rus a subsidiary based in Russia as of 14 March 2022.
Temporary suspension of Boryszew Plastics Rus business is primarily the consequence of the decision of foreign automotive corporations to suspend until further notice production in facilities located in Russia due to the armed aggression of Russia on Ukraine.
As at the date of preparation of this current report, the Issuer is not able to precisely estimate possible negative financial consequences of the above decision. The Issuer will advise about subsequent events and conditions significantly affecting the generated financial results, economic and liquidity situation in subsequent reports.
