In connection with the current reports no 12/2011 dated February 9th, 2011 and no 23/2011 dated March 21st, 2011, Boryszew S.A. informs that the Management Board of the Company has got information on decision of the process of disposal of assets of Sealynx Automotive Transieres in bankruptcy together with subsidiaries for the benefit of other tenderer.
At the same time the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company has still carried due diligence of 3 automotive sector companies.
