Boryszew S.A. informs that today the Company received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about executing by him purchase transaction on July 16th, 2010 of 451,090 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.17 for 1 share. Settlement of the transaction will be on July 21st, 2010,
The above mentioned transaction has been executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
The person concerned has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
