The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that today the Polish Financial Supervision Authority has approved the prospectus prepared by Boryszew S.A. in connection with the public offer of series G shares and the intention of competing for admission to regular market series G shares, series G shares’ collection law and rights to series G shares (the offering party is Dom Maklerski Capital Partners).
Securities covered by prospectus are:
– 1,128,357,846 series G shares,
– 1,128,357,846 rights to series G shares,
– 1,128,357,846 series G shares’ collection law.
The prospectus will be published on June 14th, 2011.
