The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on November 30th, 2009, Boryszew’s subsidiary purchased 80 pieces of coupon bonds of nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each, issued by Boryszew S.A. on November 30th, 2009 within the programme of bond issue carried by Bank PEKAO S.A. The bond have been purchased for a total amount of PLN 800 th.
The interest rate of the bonds is based on Wibor 3M + 0.9%. The day of pay-back of the bonds: February 26th, 2010.
