In connection to the current report no 56/2010 of July 26th, 2010 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it has got today the following notification:

Conc.: Protocol of agreement of August 12th, 2010
The meeting of employees has taken place today in order to estimate and accept the agreement signed, with the provision, on August 12th, 2010 in the Ministry of Economic Development between trade unions organizations and companies Maflow, Man Servizi under extraordinary management and Boryszew S.A.
The above mentioned agreement has been accepted by the majority of employees.
In such connection the representatives of Trade Unions and trade unions organizations have retracted the provision regarding the said protocol.

Acceptation of the agreement by employees has fulfilled one of the suspended conditions from the preliminary agreement concluded on July 26th, 2010 with the companies Maflow S.p.A and Man Servizi S.r.l regarding acquisition of the works in Italy and the foreign companies of Maflow Group.
