The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on August 17th, 2010 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik resigned, out of personal reasons, from the post of a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A. Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik has taken a post of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company from April 1999.
At the same time the Management Board of the company that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. on April 17th, 2010 appointed to the Supervisory Board of the company Mr. Dariusz Jarosz.
Mr. Dariusz Jarosz has graduated the Warsaw University, Faculty of Journalists and Politics and also postgraduated Warsaw School of Economics, Study of Market Analysis and Marketing.
Professional experience:
From February 2007 he has taken a post of Chairman of the Management Board of Martis Consulting Sp. z o.o.
Before he has taken this post, he was a Chairman of the Board and earlier member of the board and Marketing and Sale Director in Parkiet Media S.A. (2003-2006).
In the years 1999 – 2003 – he was working as sub-editor in Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet.
From 1996 he was a manager of Stock Exchange Information Section in Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet and earlier, from 1994 – a journalist specialized in finance.
1992 – 1993 – a logistic manager in AT&T Polska, earlier he was working as marketing specialist in Elpol S.A.
Author of several hundred publications, studies, interviews.
Constant par writer of Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet and monthly-issued Manager magazine.
Stock exchange commentator of television TNV24.
