The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on 13 April 2015 in the morning hours a fire took place in the production company in Prenzlau, belonging to Boryszew Oberflächentechnik Deutschland GmbH – subsidiary company of the Issuer.
According to the initial information a part of the production hall has been destroyed. The Issuer’s Management Board informs that currently a extinguish a fire has been took place and a necessary steps have been taken to eliminate its results.
The destroyed property was covered by a business interruption .insurance.
