In connection to the current report no 47/2007 of July 3rd, 2007 concerning the collective labour dispute at Elana Branch in Toruń, Boryszew’s Management Board announces that today it has been informed by the Managing Director of Boryszew S.A. Elana Branch in Toruń that the representatives of trade unions acting in Elana Branch in Toruń confirmed that the collective labour dispute has been terminated on March 11th, 2009.
The reason for the termination of the dispute was:
– an agreement of the Managing Director of Boryszew S.A. Elana Branch to give starting from March 1st, 2009 increase of salaries for the lowest earning money workers of Security Section,
– possibility of going on pre-pension benefit in 2009 for persons employed on unlimited period of time in Technical Preparation of Demolition and Investments Section, if such persons wish to go.
