The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw (“Company”) informs that the annual report and consolidated annual report for 2019, which publication date was fixed in the Company’s Current Report No. 1/2020 on 8 April, 2020, will be presented to the public on 29 April, 2020.
Detailed legal basis:
§ 80 item 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
