Current Report No. 6/2026
The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (“Company”) in reference to the current report No. 3/2026 of 27 January 2026 advises that due to the unfinished work on the sustainability report for 2025 caused by the complex business and geographical structure of Boryszew Group, the date of publication of the separate annual report and consolidated annual report for the financial year 2025, originally planned on 16 April 2026, is postponed to 23 April 2026.
Legal grounds:
§ 84(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and interim information to be submitted by issuers of securities and conditions for considering as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state.
