The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on December 18th, 2009, Boryszew’s subsidiary purchased 7,760 pieces of coupon bonds of nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each, issued by Boryszew S.A. on December 18th, 2009 within the programme of bond issue carried by Bank PEKAO S.A. The bond have been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of PLN 77.6 million.
Purchase of bonds was executed to allocate free financial means of subsidiary. The interest rate of the bonds is based on Wibor 3M + 3.9%. The day of pay-back of the bonds: June 18th, 2010.
