The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board on its meeting on July 18th, 2011 set the single wording of the Statute of the company, taking into account the changes introduced by resolutions no 17 of the OGM of Boryszew S.A. of June 7th, 2011. The above mentioned changes have been registered in the registry of entrepreneurs carried by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Registry by the decision of June 22nd, 2011, no WA.XIV NS – REJ.KRS/007639/11/679.
