The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it has accepted the agreement with Volkswagen AG concerning prolongation of contracts binding till the year 2012, which had been concluded earlier by Maflow Polska Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Tychy.
The Management Board of the company estimates the total value of the above mentioned contracts will exceed 10% sales revenues of the Capital Boryszew Group, which were in 2009 of PLN 2.289 bn.
