The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. in forms that the Company has got the Resolution no 933/2011 dated July 20th, 2011 from the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. with the decisions:
1) to introduce from July 22nd, 2011 to the stock exchange turnover on the prime market 1,128,357,846 (one billion one hundred twenty eight million three hundred fifty seven thousand eight hundred forty six) rights to Series G ordinary bearer’s shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, signed by the National Depository for Securities S.A. with the code PLBRSZW00128,
2) to quote the rights to shares of Boryszew S.A. (mentioned above in point 1) as the fixed quotations under the abbreviated name “BORYSZEW – PDA” and marked “BRSA”.
