The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board on March 2nd, 2010 in the circulation mode set the single wording of the Statute of the company, taking into account the changes introduced by resolutions no 17 and 18 of the OGM of Boryszew S.A. of June 22nd, 2010 as well as by resolutions no 4 and 5 of EGM of Boryszew S.A. of August 17th, 2010. The above mentioned changes have been registered in the registry of entrepreneurs carried by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Registry by the decision of September 21st, 2010, no WA.XIV NS – REJ.KRS/13010/10/542 and no. WA.XIV NS – REJ.KRS/19616/10/980.
