The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on 28 April 2015 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution regarding 2014 net profit’s distribution.
According to the above mentioned resolution the net profit for 2014 in the amount of PLN 25,547,747.93 has been allocated as follows:
dividend payment – the amount of PLN 0.10 per one share entitled to dividend,
the remaining amount, being difference between the amount of 2014 net profit and the amount of paid dividend – for the disclosed capital of the Company.
The Management Board of the Company additionally informs that the Ordinary General Meeting has fixed the dividend’s date – 2 July 2015 and the date of dividend payment – 23 July 2015.
