Referring to the current report no 68/2010 of September 24th, 2010 regarding the single wording of the Company’s Statute, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Regional Court of City of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Registry has registered changes effected by the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. on June 22nd, 2010 and by the Extraordinary General Meeting on August 17th, 2010 on changes of the initial capital and the way of representing the Company. At the same time the National Court Registry has not entered the above mentioned changes to its register.
Taking the above into account the Company has taken actions to remove discrepancies between the Company’s Statute and entries in the National Court Registry.
