The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw informs that on 28 April 2015 it got a resignation from Mr. Tadeusz Pietka from the post of the Supervisory Board’s Member with the date of 28 April 2015. Mr. Tadeusz Pietka has not disclosed the reasons of his resignation.
Additionally the Ordinary General Meeting on 28 April 2015 recalled from the Supervisory Board Mr. Zygmunt Urbaniak without announcing the reasons of the above mentioned recall.
At the same time the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on 28 April 2015 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed Mrs. Małgorzata Krauze to the Supervisory Board
of Boryszew S.A.
Mrs. Małgorzata Krauze has graduated from Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń, faculty of Law and Administration.
Since 2007 she has been a President of the Management Board of Taleja Sp. z o.o. and since 2012 she has been a President of the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Badań Geofizycznych
Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw. During last years she has taken periodically posts of the Management Board’s President of NFI Krezus S.A. and Nova Capital Sp. z o.o., she also was
a member of the Supervisory Board of NPA Skawina Sp. z o.o.
Currently Mrs. Małgorzata Krauze is a member of the Supervisory Boards in: Hutmen S.A., Krezus S.A. and Skotan S.A.
Mrs. Małgorzata Krauze does not conduct business competitive to Boryszew S.A., does not participate in any competitive company or civil partnership nor is she a member of the rival company or a member of any other competitive legal person. Mrs. Małgorzata Krauze has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Legal Act of the National Court Registry.
