The Management Bard of Boryszew S.A. informs that on March 20th, 2009th Company got the decision from the Regional Court of Warsaw in Warsaw informing about the execution of an entry to the register of pledges of the shares pledge, which are in the stock exchange turnover. The subject of the pledge are the 2 000 000 of bearer’s shares of Impexmetal S.A. The pledge has been a security of the receivables of PKO BP S.A. upon short – term credit granted to Boryszew S.A. in the amount of PLN 102.5 mln.
The nominal value of shares being the subject of pledge amounts to PLN 800.0 th and their balance value in the books of Boryszew S.A. on December 31st, 2008 amounts to PLN 4,500.0 th.
The above mentioned shares constitute 0.94% of the initial capital of Impexmetal S.A. and give 0.94 % of votes at GM.
There are no connections between Boryszew S.A. and its managers and PKO BP S.A. and its managers.
Impexmetal’s shares are treated for Boryszew S.A. as significant assets according to the par. 2.1.45) of the Regulation of Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities (“Regulation”) as Boryszew S.A. has got the block of shares of Impexmetal S.A. constituting 52.59% of its initial capital and giving 52.59 % of votes in the company. The value of shares being the subject of pledge, in the day of this information, was higher that EUR 1.0 mln (par. 5.1. of the Regulation).
