The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs about the dates of publication of financial reports in 2011.
Quarter consolidated reports together with quarter financial information:
for 4Q2010 – February 28th, 2011,
for 1Q2011 – May 12th, 2011,
for 3Q2011 – November 10th, 2011.
Consolidated mid-year report together with mid-year shortened financial report: August 30th, 2011.
Unit and consolidated 2010 yearly reports will be published on April 28th, 2011.
The Management Board of the Company has taken the decision not to publish the 2Q2011 financial report.
At the same time the Management Board of the Company informs that consolidated quarter reports and consolidated midyear report will included respectively quarterly financial information and mid-year shortened financial report.
