Contents of the report:
The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) informs that:
- the separate and consolidated annual report for 2019, the date of publication of which was specified in the Company’s Current Report No. 6/2020, as at April 29, 2020, will be made public on May 28, 2020.
- the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2020, the date of publication of which was specified in the Company’s Current Report No. 1/2020, as at May 29, 2020, will be made public on June 29, 2020.
The Company’s Management Board decided to change the date of publication of periodic reports again in connection with the more-than-expected Management Board anticipated communication due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, and limited communication with people involved in the audit process, as well as limited, for the same reason, cooperation in the field of researching foreign subsidiaries.
