Boryszew S.A. informs that on October 6th, 2010 the Management Board of National Depository for Securities S.A., after examining the motion of Boryszew S.A., decided to register on October 8th, 2010 in The National Depository of Securities 376,119,282 of bearer singular pre-emptive rights of series F shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each issued share , according to the Resolution no. 7 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. of August 17th, 2010 regarding increasing of initial capital of the Company by issue of series F shares and coded them PLBRSZW00078.
In case of not appearing of all circumstances of redemption of singular pre- emptive shares rights on October 8th, 2010 The National Depository of Securities will make the registration duties only to execute the attendance the realization of pre-emptive rights of ordinary bearer shares series F of Boryszew S.A. belonging to the shareholders of the company.
