Boryszew S.A. informs that it got on August 16th, 2011 a notification from Mrs. Małgorzata Iwanejko, Chairman of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. that as a result of registration by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Section of the National Court Registry of the increase of share capital of Boryszew S.A. through issue of 1,128,357,846 pieces of Series G ordinary bearer shares, she has been the owner of 250,064 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A.
At the same time just today the Company has received the notification from a person taking managing post in the Company that as a result of registration by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Section of the National Court Registry the increase of share capital of Boryszew S.A. through issue of 1,128,357,846 pieces of Series G ordinary bearer shares, it has been the owner of 1,953 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A.
The person obliged to pass the information doesn’t agree to disclose its personal data.
