Referring to the current report no 69/2010 of September 28th, 2010 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Regional Court of City of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Registry has registered all changes effected by the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. on June 22nd, 2010 and by the Extraordinary General Meeting on August 17th, 2010 on changes of the initial capital and the way of representing the Company.
So that the decisions of the Company’s Statute are in accordance with the entry in the National Court Registry.
