The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company has received today a notification from Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. about an increase of total engagement to 5.00 % of a total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A. as far as the financial instruments being in the portfolio managed by PPIM are concerned under the executing of PPIM the service of management of portfolio of brokers financial instruments.
Purchase of share was executed on October 4th, 2010.
It concerns all clients of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A..
Status of possession before the change of stake:
Number of possessed shares: 17 862 853
Percentage share in the initial capital of the Company: 4.75 %
Number of votes: 17 862 853
Percentage share in the votes at GM: 4.75 %
Status of possession after the change of stake:
Number of possessed shares: 18 822 853
Percentage share in the initial capital of the Company: 5.00 %
Number of votes: 18 822 853
Percentage share in the votes at GM: 5.00 %
Shareholders possessing totally the above said number of votes at GM are all clients of Pioneer Pekao Investment Management (as far as the financial instruments being in the portfolio managed by PPIM).
Additionally Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. (PPIM) executing the agreement of service as far as the management of investment portfolio of funds is concerned, concluded between Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. and PPIM, informs that the shareholders possessing the above mentioned number of shares on the GM is Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty created by Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
Portfolio of investments funds are sub-group of all portfolio of PPIM’s clients.
