The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on November 8th, 2010 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the prospectus prepared by Boryszew S.A. in connection with the public offer of series F shares and the intention to apply to allow to the turnover on the regulated market the series F shares, the collection rights of series F shares and the rights to the series F shares (entity to offer is Dom Maklerski Capital Partners).
The securities covered by the prospectus are:
752,238,564 of series F shares,
752,238,564 of rights to the series F shares,
376,119,282 of collection rights to series F shares.
The prospectus will be published on November 12th, 2010.
