The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that its subsidiary purchased, according to The Proposal of Bonds Purchase:
I. 3 850 pieces of coupon bonds of the nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each issued by Boryszew S.A. on November 30th, 2010 under the programme of bonds issue conducted by Bank Pekao S.A.
The bonds have been purchased for a total amount of PLN 38,500,000.00.
The interest rate is based on the market conditions. The day of buy-back of the bonds: February 28th, 2011.
II. 7 150 pieces of coupon bonds of the nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each issued by Boryszew S.A. on November 30th, 2010 under the programme of bonds issue conducted by Bank Pekao S.A.
The bonds have been purchased for a total amount of PLN 71,500,000.00.
The interest rate is based on the market conditions. The day of buy-back of the bonds: May 30th, 2011.
