Boryszew S.A. informs that on 1 February 2013 its subsidiary purchased 1 unit of inscribed bonds of the nominal value of EUR 1,000,000.00 each, under the Programme of 3-years bonds issue.
The bond has been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of EUR 1,000,000.00.
The interest rate is based on the market conditions. The day of buy-back of the bonds:
28 February 2014.
