RKK Investments Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 102,010,000, i.e. 73.76% of votes on this Meeting. The above mentioned shares constitute 42.50 % of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
Unibax Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 33,000,000, i.e. 23.88% of votes on this Meeting. The above mentioned shares constitute 13.75 % of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
