The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it has got from the National Depository for Securities information concerning the number of serie F shares, which had been subscribed in the offer with the collection right.
Totally 8,755 subscription has been accepted on the collection rights’ basis. They amounted totally to 749,907,117 shares, making 99.69 % of the offered serie F shares.
Remaining 2,331,447 pieces of shares will be allocated to persons, who passed 1,893 additional subscriptions, amounting totally to 10,222,661,647 shares. Reduction of the additional subscriptions will amount to 99.98 %.
