Boryszew S.A. informs that it got on December 10th, 2010 a notification from Mrs. Małgorzata Iwanejko, Chairman of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. that as a result of allocation made on December 8th and 9th ,2010 she was the owner of 175,058 series F bearer shares of Boryszew S.A.: 175,000 shares as an execution of collection rights and 58 shares as an additional subscription.
Subscription of series F shares of Boryszew S.A. has been made through Dom Maklerski, in which the collection rights were deposited.
At the same time just today the Company has received the notification from a person taking managing post about the allocation on December 8th, 2010 1,200 series F shares of Boryszew S.A. as an execution of collection rights.
The person obliged to pass the information doesn’t agree to disclose its personal data.
