The Management Board of Boryszew SA. with the seat in Warsaw (“Company”) informs that in connection with the decision of the District Court for the City of Warsaw dated 27 October 2014 concerning the registration of the amendments to the Company Articles of Association adopted by the General Meeting of 25 June 2014 becoming final, the Company Supervisory Board has adopted the consolidated text of the Articles of Association – attached to this current report.
Legal basis: § 38.1(2)(b) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent (as amended).
