Boryszew S.A. informs that it has got today a notification from a person taking managing post in the organization structure of the Company about the allocation on December 8th, 2010 28,000 ordinary bearer’s series F shares of Boryszew S.A. as an execution of collection rights.
Subscription for series F shares of Boryszew S.A. has been executed through brokerage house, in which collection rights have been deposited.
The person obliged to pass the information doesn’t agree to disclose its personal data.
