The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on December 15th, 2010 the Management Board of National Depository for Securities decided to register in The National Depository of Securities 752,238,564 of bearer singular rights of series F shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each issued share and coded them PLBRS ZW0009 under the condition of admission of the above mentioned shares rights to trading on the main market.
Registration of rights to singular bearer series F shares of Boryszew S.A. will follow in 3 days from the day of receiving by the National Depository for Securities of documents confirming admission of the above mentioned shares rights to trading on the main market.
