The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. in forms that the Company has got the resolution no 1392/2010 dated December 21st, 2010 from the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. with the decisions:
1) to introduce from December 22nd, 2010 to the stock exchange turnover on the prime market 752,238,564 rights to Series F bearer’s shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, marked by the National Depository for Securities S.A. with the code PLBRSZW00094,
2) to quote the rights to shares of Boryszew S.A. (mentioned above in point 1) as the fixed quotations under the abbreviated name “BORYSZEW – PDA” and marked “BRSA”.
