The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on December 21st, 2010 the Company received a notification from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik about the transaction of purchase on December 15th, 2010 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 341,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A., which has resulted the change of shares of Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik in the total number of votes by 1 % at the GM of Boryszew S.A.
Before change, e.g. On December 14th, 2010 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned 221,031,430 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. constituting 58.77 % share in the equity. The owned shares gave 221,031,430 votes at GM, which constituted 58.73 % of the total number of votes at GM.
At present Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owns 221,713,801 pieces of Boryszew’s shares, constituting 58.95 % of equity and 430,039,703 pieces of rights to shares of Boryszew S.A.
Shares together with rights to shares (651,753,504 pieces) will constitute 57.76 % of the equity. The owned shares give 221,713,801 votes at GM, which constitute 58.91 % of the total number of votes at GM and together with rights to shares (651.753,504) will constitute 57.75 % of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
