The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the Company) informs that it received a notification on 30 December 2014 from a member of the Management Board, being also a member of the Management Board in SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o. that a subsidiary company – SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o. acting upon the authorization granted by Boryszew S.A. through the Resolution no 19 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. dated 25 June 2014 regarding authorization of the Management Board to purchase Boryszew’s treasury shares and pursuant to Article 362 § 1 point 8) and Article 362 § 4 of the commercial companies code, made the following purchase transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange:
